After the cabin fun we headed home for Christmas. First, we re-enacted the nativity. Jenn was Mary; Mark was Joseph and a Sheep, and Ellie was just happy to be there. Then on Christmas morning we got everything we could have ever wanted. We got movies, and candy, clothes, toys, and the greatest gift of the day was a remote control helicopter. Needless to say our stay was awesome, and to short.
Then the Monday after Christmas we drove down to Utah to visit Mark's parents where once again life was awesome. Ellie took about 20 min to warm up and then she was everywhere. Her favorite gift here has from Great Grandma Moyle, it was a rabbit that could play hide and seek and would dance when it found you, the only problem was that it struggled to find you, but when it did Ellie loved it. Other events of interest were a visit to temple square, a trip up to Snowbird for snowboarding (resulted in massive soreness), eating out at 5 Guys and Cafe Rio, visiting Great Great Grandma Rawson, and a fun lunch at a Japanese Hot Pot restaurant. Once again the stay flew by, will miss everyone back in both states. Good thing we will see everyone in about a month.
We hope all of you enjoy 2011, and make some resolutions to become better, faster, stronger, happier, and whatever else you want.
JEM
Christmas morning Ellie tried to smash, chase, and run away from a laser pointer. Enjoy.
